How do we charge?
We charge using a Flat Rate Fee that is tailored to your project and then broken down into installments at each phase of the design process. The total flat rate fee is based off time spent and my expertise. This gives you peace of mind that there are no additional design cost and you get exactly what you pay for during the process.
How Long Will the Project Take?
The time each project takes will vary project to project depending on the scope of work, project type, furniture selections, and other unforeseen challenges. Our job is to make this process as seamless as possible for you.
What is the Interior Design Process?
Phase 1: This is when we get to know you and your spaces way more creating a budget, timeline and establishing a plan for the spaces.
Phase 2: We begin the implantation of our plan from phase 1. Construction begins and finalize product selection happens in this phase.
Phase 3: This is the last stretch of the project where the installation the products happens leaving you with a brand new space!.
How Much Should I budget for This?
Our design services range from $300-$1000 per room. The entire design project could range from $10k-$200k with furnishings, contactors, and building materials in mind.
What Areas do you Service?
We service the 704 area and the surrounding areas in North Carolina. We offer a completely virtual E-design Service that can be done for you no matter the location.
Should I Have Contractors/Trades?
Yes! It is a good practice to already have contractors/ trades in mind. We are a design only firm.
What if I Don’t Like The Design?
To ensure satisfactory, we work closely with you to get a better understanding of your needs and desired feeling of the space. We then use our findings and craft a mood board that will show our understanding of what you want. You will then have a chance to give detailed feedback about the color pallet and any other concerns you may have. After that we will create a 3D visualization that will give you a clearer view of what the space will look like. You will also be heavily involved at the point of the design.
